Character History
Lauren was Noah Bennet's parter in The Company three years ago. Lauren almost had an affair with Noah, but had The Haitian erase her memories of her attraction to him in order to make Noah happy.
It is implied, by a goodbye note left by Lauren, that she asked The Haitian to erase her memories in order to make it easier for her and Noah Bennet to work together.

Lauren reminisces with Noah over a bag and tag mission they went on together where they bag and tagged an evolved human with the ability to breathe fire out of their nose.
