Ted enters the Pharmatech Industrial Building in Billings, MT, and encounters a scientist. Despite the scientist being armed with a hypo gun, he is no match for the choking radiation Ted emits. At Ted's demand, the scientist explains the purpose of the hypo gun. In a fit of vengefulness, Ted burns down the building, killing the scientist inside.
