Buck stops Ando and Hiro at the entrance to the psychiatric hospital.

Buck is pushing a cart of medicine through a room in the asylum. He sees Ando touching the cart and warns him not to mess around with the medicine. Ando claims he was just observing the cart. Buck realizes Ando is Hiro's friend and tries to shake his hand, but pulls away after Ando sneezes in it.
When Ando and Hiro escape with Mohinder, Buck chases after the trio.
