Character History
Connie is a company agent who works with her human daughter as a partner. They relationship is strained, aparently as a result of both they very different looks and Connie obsession with making her daugher look better.
Little is known about both, and they past. Since they look so different, is possible that Penny is adopted, but also, Connie power may enable her to changer her own shape to what we see.
Graphic Novel:Faces, Part 1
In this novel her and her daughter are show in two missions, one with a evolved capable to release nerve gas with his sweat and another with a teleporter. It is shown that Tompson recognizes her but not her daughter (this of course may have to do with Connie Power)
Evolved Human Abilities
Connie has the ability to morph the bodies of other individuals. In the only demonstration shown so far, Connie morphs her daughter's appearance by touch. Upon first touch, her daughter's hair color is altered. Then she smooths out her daughter's face and rebuilds it like someone else's as if it were clay putty in her hands. The end result is giving her daughter an exact copy of another girl's physical appearance except for the clothes she is wearing. It is unknown the extent to which Connie can "sculpt" an appearance to her own imagination.
