Darkmoon is a man whom John Mulligan calls to talk about The Watcher.

Purpose
In chapter 3 of Purpose, John Mulligan calls Darkmoon after an encounter with The Watcher. He calls him Cyrus and asks if he should team up with The Watcher. Darkmoon insists that he cannot call him Cyrus and goes on to say that teaming up with The Watcher is a bad idea. John calls him Cyrus again and Darkmoon angrily says that only his mother can call him that.

- The character of Darkmoon was chosen from the top-ranked characters in the Heroes: Survival game to appear in an iStory.
- Darkmoon is a member of The Guardians in the Heroes: Survival game. This is the same faction that John Mulligan belongs to.
