So after Drucker left for India in 1977, Charles took over the society they had formed and it became the Deveaux Society. Maybe? It sounds reasonable enough to me... only I'm not sure if Charles was ever aware of Drucker's revolutionary friends in Mexico, which I think of as a more of a cult than a society. I guess time will tell.--MiamiVolts (talk) 23:03, 17 December 2007 (EST)

  • I think the society they're talking about is the Company's founders, though I did think it was curious that out of all twelve, they chose to have Drucker befriend Charles Deveaux. Interesting. I'm curious to see what comes of it... -- RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 23:23, 17 December 2007 (EST)
    • I'm thinking the Deveaux Society could have been the framework for what became The Company, a competing group, or maybe both. It is indeed interesting. :)--MiamiVolts (talk) 23:27, 17 December 2007 (EST)

Fraternity

My guess is this is the society Drucker formed. That explains the painting in the GN. I know the fraternity is in Costa Verde, but all fraternities have founding fathers. My fraternity was founded at Bethany College, and I went to Tulane. We had their pictures in our house.--Bob (talk) 02:45, 18 December 2007 (EST)

  • Only, a fraternity is just men, and a society can have both men and women (but doesn't HAVE to have woman); so they may be related or the same organization, but they are normally different.--MiamiVolts (talk) 13:14, 18 December 2007 (EST)
