Why is this a new page, it's obviously telekinesis. --Lolwut 16:11, 11 February 2009 (EST)
- The main argument is the glowing of his eyes/the water he was controlling. We really can't say for sure if it's TK until BTE or something confirms it. -- Psilaq R.- \m/ -_- \m/-
- As I like to say: "Something being "obvious" is not the same as "having a strong opinion about something." This is one of those instances where it's not obvious. There is limited information about this ability and from what I'm aware of it was used and demonstrated in a very specific way that suggests that it may be something slightly different than plain telekinesis. As a result we play it safe and not lump it in with telekinesis unless/until the evidence fully supports it. (Admin 16:15, 11 February 2009 (EST))
- Oh come on, his eyes? And i think its safe to say that the writers arent going to care enough to tell us the names, lol i.e trevors ability, alejandros ability, future terrorists ability etc etc etc... i mean it never killed anyone to assume things :P --Lolwut 16:20, 11 February 2009 (EST)
- That's just not how it's done here. We take a methodical approach in order to ensure that the information here is consistent and accurate. Other sites are free to speculate all they want, but the goal here is to have accurate information that doesn't mislead people so we can't just assume. (Admin 16:22, 11 February 2009 (EST))
- To maintain credibility, we always strive for accuracy and not to have any misinformation. With that in mind, calling this power "telekinesis" may or may not be wrong. Calling this power "blond trafficker's ability" is definitely not wrong. Yeah, it's nice to have names for all the abilities...but some simply do not have names. And really, there's nothing wrong with calling an ability by the person's name. I've never felt strongly that we need to ascribe a formal name to every ability that's out there. Sure, it'd be nice...but not necessary. -- RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 16:44, 11 February 2009 (EST)

- Fair enough :P its just a silly sci fi show anyway, you do what you think is best. --Lolwut 16:28, 11 February 2009 (EST)
- In all fairness, it could be "Molecular Control", "Telekinesis", "Hydrokinesis" or anything else that could be specifically related to water... Angielynne - talk to me... 16:36, 11 February 2009 (EST)
Here's why it's telekinesis:
Now I know some of you won't read this because you've already made up your minds, but just hear me out. The main factor we have that supports Misha's power being a new one is because of the fact that he could only manipulate water (or whatever liquid was in the glass, maybe it was vodka, I dunno) as shown be the fact that the glasses fell down and smashed on the table. Except for the fact that that didn't actualy happen, and the glasses glowed blue along with the water and floated right next to them. Some people might say that the glass itself was only glowing blue because of the amount of liquid inside the glass which was glowin, at which point I would like to point out how the liquid is mostly frozen (I mean frozen like held in place, not frozen like in ice) on the left side of the glass, while the right side is mostly dry. Regardless of this, the entire glass is glowing blue so that tells us that his ability affects both the water and the glass. Some people may then go on to meekly argue that the right side of the glass was probably only glowing because that part of the glass was reflecting the blue light, at which point I would tell them that they are talking out of their ass and they need to get out of my office.
So now that we've established that the ability affects both solids and liquids (and if you are not convinced I invite you to re-read that paragraph up there until it sinks in), we can either a) assume he has the ability to move glass and water, also known as vitreohyrdrokinesis, or b) he has telekinesis. If for some reason this bulletproof argument does not sway some people (and I have no doubt that it will not) we can always ask the writers in the next CBR thingy, althoguh this has been notoriously difficult in the past because they will either not answer us directly and tell us to just shut up and wait for next week, or they will give us something ambiguous like they did for the Anna/Hatiain thing. All in all, we the heroes wiki need to look at what is more likely. If another issue comes out and Misha flat-out reveals that he is unable to levitate dog crap and it must therefore not be TK, then I will gladly change it back to his own ability. Not only that, I will put on a clown suit while redirecting the page and upload pics to prove it.
tl;dr: the glass was floating too --Piemanmoo 17:31, 11 February 2009 (EST)
