- Actually, it should probably be the other way around. The location-specific information about Tappen can go on an article about the facility. We usually make articles about buildings and places we see before we make articles about the cities. I would actually suggest moving Tappen, NJ to Tappen facility (or Primatech interrogation facility, though that doesn't seem like a great name for the page since we don't know that it's only used for interrogation). -- RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 15:16, 24 December 2008 (EST)
