Power name

As I was watching Run!, I knew the debate would come up for power names for Zane's ability. A few suggestions, though I'll admit none of them precisely define his power

  • Metallurgy
  • Metalcasting
  • Smelting

Personally, I think either of the first two are good. Smelting is probably most accurate, though, despite the awful-sounding name. :-( --ZyberGoat 22:13, 12 February 2007 (EST)

I don't think his power applies specifically to metal. Did you see some of the other things that were melted on his floor? Phone, lampshade to name two. I think it has more to do with exciting the molecules inside of objects to cause them to melt or deconstitute. - AlphaAnt 22:27, 12 February 2007 (EST)

I have to agree with AlphaAnt... my first thought was that he could vibrate the atoms in an object to the point that they lost cohesion. Which would be BAD if Sylar got it and learned to fully control it, cause that would mean no more bodies, just puddles. Anomy 22:29, 12 February 2007 (EST)

Death Date

I don't think we've seen anything concrete to lock the timeline down for episodes after Fallout. All we've seen is "Two weeks later", and somebody said there was still a week (two weeks? don't recall) until the Explosion.--Hardvice (talk) 23:38, 12 February 2007 (EST)
