Ability implanting is the ability to give other people abilities.
Limits
Mr. Dood
Mr. Dood is quite skilled with his ability, being able to give anybody any ability at will, so long as he is in physical contact with them.
Mr. Dood cannot give abilities to people who already have them, and can only give one ability at a time.
This ability does not alter blood chemisty. That is, if a person is given an ability they would not naturally have, it will fade away after a while, leaving Mr. Dood free to give them another ability.
Mr. Dood has claimed to be able to give "incorrect" abilties and make them "stick" if his ability is amplified. However, this has not been proven.
