Super stamina is the ability to have superhuman stamina.
Limits
This ability enables heightened endurance, thereby enabling the user to survive what normal humans can't, such as a five-story fall, intense cold or heat, and lots of bullets.
Sylar
Sylar has survived a plethora of normally lethal things, such as a five-story fall, multiple cases of multiple bullets to the chest, super powerful punches, and two stabs to the chest (The second chest stab was after he lost his abilities, so he must have regained it.).
