Event rejection
Held by: GabrielPetrelli, Orihime Inoue (from Bleach)
Ability to: undo, or reject, any/all negative effects sustained by an object in past events.

Event rejection is the ability to undo, or reject, any/all negative effects sustained by an object in past events. Example applications of this power include healing others, rebuilding damaged objects and structures, and resurrecting the dead.

Limits

Use of this ability creates a semi-translucent "bubble", usually oblong in shape. The object to be restored has to fit completely within this bubble. The size of the bubble can be increased as the user becomes more adept with this ability.

GabrielPetrelli

Currently, GabrielPetrelli can sustain a "bubble" the size of a large SUV.

Notes

  • This ability does not require all damaged or missing components of the target to be present, but rather just some portion of the object/person in question. For example, an Evolved human with Event rejection can restore the arm of someone who's arm was cut off and destroyed. The user targets the space where the arm should be on the victim's body. The event of the dismemberment is rejected, and the arm reappears over a period of time.
  • The time required to use this ability is affected by the severity of the event to be rejected. To completely reject the obliteration of a human can take upwards of an hour. Restoring a limb takes a skilled user only minutes.
