This is the list of the English Vocabulary that I've learned and am still learning from the Heroesverse. I would like to go on a chronological order. Some of the translations are Turkish and some are in English.

Pre-premiere

Week One

  1. Cheerleader = Ponpon kızı
  2. Sophomore = 2. sınıf öğrencisi (lise veya üniversitede)
  3. To puke = To vomit
  4. Motley = Mixed, of great variety, Varied in colours
  5. Crue = Kabarma, yükselme
  6. Wiccan = Someone practising the Wicca
  7. Wicca = is a neopagan, nature-based religion. It was popularised in 1954 by Gerald Gardner, a retired British civil servant, who at the time called it a "Witch cult" and "Witchcraft", and its adherents "the Wica". Wicca is the largest of the Neopagan religions. Wiccans have great reverence for the Earth and for their Goddess and her consort, the horned God. Their main rule of behavior is the Wiccan Rede which forbids them from harming people, including themselves, except in some cases of self-defense.
  8. Reluctant = Gönülsüz, isteksiz, tereddütlü

  1. To yearn = to have a strong desire for something, especially something that is difficult or impossible to get

  7. Fund raiser = Someone who works to raise money for a particular purpose

  11. Fudge = To make up; to devise; to contrive; to fabricate; as, he never did the experiment, and merely fudged the data
  12. Bishop game = Satranç
  13. To shove = To push forcibly

  26. Mouth-breather = Mouth breathing in public is sometimes considered to be less socially acceptable or attractive than nose breathing, as mouth breathers can appear to have a somewhat "slack jawed" look, and mouth breathing can cause or exacerbate bad breath. Thusly, the term 'mouth breather' is used as an insult towards a person with a perceived lack of intelligence or someone with poor social skills.
