Thermokinesis is the ability to manipulate heat, encompasing the ability to freeze things or heat things up.
Characters
- Max McCarthy is the first and only character to use this ability.
Limits
Users of this ability are able to project intense streams of hot or cold air, allowing them to melt or freeze nearly anything. Users also seem able to detect and see heat through a sort of thermal vision, however as powerful as this ability is it does possess some flaws. For instance, the user cannot generate heat and cold at the same time because one, both require different states of mind (anger & calm), and two, while heating requires the release of thermal energy, freezing requires the absorbtion. Also a person using this abilty still needs to maintain their own normal body temperature. Unlike Ted Sprague's ability the heat emmited through this power is not radoactive.
