Disruption is the evolved human ability to mentally disrupt electronic, mechanical, energetic, and biological systems causing them to malfunction.

Limits
When active this ability causes the user to send out a kind of "static" that has adverse effects on nearly everything. It is still uncertain where this "static" originates or why it effects things the way it does.
Effect on Technology
Any mechanical components or electronics exposed to this ability will malfunction, some examples include flickering lights, watches stopping, and computers crashing. Focusing this ability directly towards a device may cause even more damage completely destroying the device.
Effect on Living organisms
Living organisms are also very sensitive to this ability because it can cause there organ systems to malfunction usually resulting disorientation, nausea and in rare cases death. The effect is even noticeable in plant life which will wither or curl.
Effect on Evolved humans
In addition to the effects felt by normal human beings evolved humans will have trouble acessing there abilities.
