Disruption is the ability to mentally interfere with electronic, mechanical, energetic, and biological systems causing them to malfunction.

Limits
When active this ability causes the user to emit an unstable form of energy referred to as "static". This energy has adverse effects on any electronic systems within range of the user, causing them to breakdown and malfunction. The main weakness to this ability is that it's effects are unpredictable and hard to focus on one area or spot.

Effect on Living organisms
Living organisms are especialy sensitive to this ability because it interfers with there organ systems usually resulting in disorientation, nausea and in rare cases death. The effect is even noticeable in plant life which will wither or curl. evolved human's that need to concentrate to use there ability will be unable to do so.
