Disruption is the ability to mentally interfere with electronic, mechanical, energetic, and biological systems causing them to malfunction.

Limits
When active this ability causes the user to emit an unstable form of energy referred to as "static". This energy has adverse effects on any electronic systems within range of the user, causing them to breakdown and malfunction. The main weakness to this ability is that it's effects are unpredictable and hard to focus on one area or spot.
Effect on Electronics
Any electronic devices in the users range will begin to act erratic, flickering on and off some may even sort out or crash. focusing on an individual electronic system will cause substantially more damage possibly causing the device to explode or a massive power outage.
