Parallel Quantum Dimension Manipulation is the ability to perceive and influence parallel quantum dimensions and cause improbable occurrences. One with this ability could be described as "the ultimate observer", who can see all the quantum possibilities and choose which will become reality. This ability can be somewhat explained by the Schrödinger's cat paradox, which asserts if a cat in a box has a 50% chance of being killed, it is neither alive nor dead (or both alive and dead) until the box is opened and the cat is observed. So, one with this ability can "observe" all of the possibilities in mere seconds and then will into being the possibility he or she desires. This willing into being is done by causing quantum-level changes which manifest various effects at a macroscopic scale. Someone with this ability can literally alter the existing reality by merging it and/or shifting in another parallel reality.
To summarize a wielder of this ability can see all the possible events that may occur and cause an event of his or choice to happen by overlapping his or her home reality with a reality where the event will occur.
Someone with this ability can simulate other abilities such as:
- Telekinesis- by overlapping with a reality where forces are acting on the object to move it in different directions (this does take more concentration to do since the user needs to will in several occurrences in succession)
- Flight- Similar to simulating telekinesis, but on the user himself. (As difficult as simulating telekinesis, so the user may find it easier to teleport instead)
- Teleportation- by overlapping with a reality where the person or object is in a different location
- Transfiguration- by overlapping a person or object from another reality with another person or object from the home reality
- Healing- by overlapping with a reality where the person or object is unharmed
- Energy Manipulation (energy blasts/forcefields)- by summoning the energy from another dimension to release as blasts or forcefields
- Elemental Manipulation- by summoning fire or tornadoes from other realities and overlapping it with the home reality
