Freezing

Some of Sylar's victims are seen frozen, as if by Cryokinesis.

Cryokinesis is the ability to reduce kinetic energy in atoms which reduces temperature. The target molecules slow down, thus causing them to freeze.

Characters

Sylar might have this ability.

Limits

We know virtually nothing about the limits of this power, because we have never seen a character actually using cryokinesis; we have only seen the results of its use.
