Sylar's father will appear in Volume 4. As stated by Angela in the episode Dual, Sylar's father is not the "watchmaker".
He killed Sylar's mother right after selling young Gabriel to his brother and sister-in-law. He has the power of telekinesis. It is yet unknown whether or not this is his basic power or a power picked up via another.

- Sylar will kill him for abadoning him.
- He has the ability of Empathic mimicry.
- He has the ability of Super Intelligence.
- He has the ability of Intuitive aptitude.
- He will be a primary villain for Volume Four.
- He rips open heads for power just like Sylar.
- Sylar was put up for adoption after his father was warned by Angela of what he would become.
- He has the ability of Invisibility; he has been hidden, watching over his son, all this time.
- Angela slept with him and he is also the father of Hiro.
- Sylar's father is also Luke's father.

- As seen from promotional photos, he has either telekinesis or intuitive aptitude

- Samson Gray has Intuitive aptitude, why else would he cut his wife's head with Telekinesis? So Gabriel has Empathic mimicry, and absorbed Inapt while seeing his mother killed by him.
