Matt's marriage has ended due to Matt realizing the child is not his. none. + Matt's wife admitted to an extramarital affair with Tom McHenry.

+ It seems unlikely, given Matt's personality, that he would so easily give up on his marriage if it would mean abandonding his child.
- On the other hand, it seems very likely given Janice's personality, that she would try and divorce Matt regardless of whether or not he was the father of her child.
