Talk:The missing painting

In the notes section, it has been suggested the Peter placed Isaac's paintings in the incorrect order. While this has not been confirmed, it has also been strongly suggested by the writers in a weekly interview held by www.comicbookresources.com. If not already included in this wiki, I would suggest that these interviews be included as a source. There are not a lot of spoilers, but plenty of confirmations on speculation.

Quote:

Now, let's move on to Isaac for a bit and the order of his paintings. When Peter originally laid them out, the portrait of his death would have been first on the "page." In actuality, the order was reversed. Again, flub or design? When Isaac paints, is he necessarily painting in forward order, backwards or is it random?

What are you trying to say here?

Are you saying Peter, in his haste, enthusiasm, and naivete put these paintings in the wrong order?

That perhaps the chronology of two pages started with this splash page of Sylar killing Jackie? Are you saying the panels on the next page may be out of order as well? If perhaps Claire running down the hallway before she ran into Peter was first, followed by Peter and the lockers. But wait, that would put the stairway next, then the one of Peter dying at left-bottom. We suppose that would make sense, actually.

But wait, that leaves one space left ¦.

  • The remaining portrait is of Hiro and Ando in front of the bloody Homecoming banner, which hasn't happened yet. I suspect it will next episode. --Fcphantom 11:36, 29 November 2006 (EST)

Renaming

Might I be so bold as to suggest renaming this painting "Homecoming" instead of "the missing painting"? --Ted C 14:54, 3 October 2007 (EDT)
