Epi Sanchez is an evolved human with extraordinary abilities. He is able to bend Sunlight and Precipitation to his will. With this Power, he sets out to find and defeat all evolved humans with destructive capabilities, notably Sylar and Peter Petrelli.
Trivia
He is a Level 2 escapee. He has one of the most unique abilities seen in the Heroes Universe. Effect of the Outbreak Future caused by Nathan Petrelli. He has the ability to directly affect the Sun rays and the number of times Precipition occurs. In other words, he can make it snow in California at any random time of the day.
