Luna Yu is an evolved human being on the run from the agents of Building 26. She has the ability of kinetic energy amplification. Luna has had several appearances in the on the 9th Wonders Fan Role Playing forums
About
Luna is a very impulsive girl who always seizes the opportunities that lie before her, even when she was younger, Luna was always a very active as a child and was always seen running everywhere. Although she has mostly calmed down as she grew up, Luna still retains her very impulsive nature, always wanting to get one step ahead of everyone else. Despite the competitive attitude that most people associate with Luna, she also has a hidden altruistic side that compels her to do what she believes to be right. When Luna was younger, she met a girl named Karen who was rather shy and was often picked on by bullies and often kept to herself. Luna chose to protect Karen from the bullies and they grew to become close friends, and taught Karen how to improve herself to be a more confident person. The two continued their friendship until they reached their high school years, when Karen and her family suddenly moved away to the United States. The new beginning into high school life and the absence of her best friend was a rather rough transition for Luna as she was unprepared for such a change, but she always remembers how much she changed for the better thanks to her friend. Unknown to her at the time, Luna's life was headed towards more turbulence when she became more and more aware of her strange ability to move unusually quickly, as agents of Building 26 also learned of the same fact. With the timely assistance of an unknown person calling himself Rebel, Luna was able to easily evade the agents sent to capture her by using her ability to her advantage. Despite all the assistance Rebel has given to Luna in evading capture from the agents, Luna is extremely untrustworthy of Rebel as she believes he has hidden motives for helping her.

Luna Yu has the ability of kinetic energy amplification, which allows her to increase a her own, another person's or object's kinetic energy through touch or from a distance, although she isn't quite aware her ability has grown to the point where she does not require physical contact to use her ability. She can use her ability to enhance her movement speed or throw a heavy movable object. The ranged aspect of her ability allows her to charge a distant person or object or person with kinetic energy, causing the object/person to be knocked away depending on their mass. The ability manifests physically as a crackling red glow.
