Officer Ramsey is a victim of Matt's telepathy.

Brother's Keeper
Officer Ramsey flirts with a nurse at the Midland Hospital. Later, the officer sees "Nathan" with Matt and comes in the door and grabs Nathan, but Nathan uses telekinesis and Officer Ramsey is slammed against the wall.
Later he brings Matt under a white blanket to a room. While in the room reveals Matt himself to Officer Ramsey and starts with using his ability on Officer Ramsey and make him think that Matt was already dead in his room and he didn't see anybody else in the room, and brought him to the morgue and he forget about anything else what happened.
