Simon Bolivar is a man summoned by Libertad to deliver a message to Harmon.
Character History
Graphic Novel:Libertad
A man approaches Harmon when he is outside the Angry Skunk bar. After saying he is Simon Bolivar and is at Harmon's service, he shows Harmon a message, which reads "Viva Libertad! Rebel & Be Saved". He then nervously asks Harmon to take it so that he can get out of there.

- Simón José Antonio de la Santísima Trinidad Bolívar Palacios y Blanco (1783-1830) (more commonly known as Simón Bolívar) was, together with the Argentine general José de San Martín, one of the most important leaders of Spanish America's successful struggle for independence. The Simon Bolivar from the Heroes universe dresses identically to the historical Simón Bolívar, as seen in the famous oil painting of him, created by Ricardo Acevedo Bernal.
