Psychic Overload is the ability to damage/kill the brain with an influx of information.
Limits
Akin to Matt Parkman's command projection, the user is capable of creating multiple strain's of thought and sending them to a target causing the target's brain to be disabled/damaged/killed by it's inability to process it all at once.
It could be used as another shield against telepathy by causing the telepath to receive too many thoughts causing injury or death.
