Epistomelaplacity is the ability to see particles and simultaneously know their momentum and position.
Character
The only known user of this ablity is Brian Volstod, who is currently at large and being sought for questioning by the Company.
Limits
The user of this is able to know the precise momentum and position of all particles within their vicinity. The area of vicinity (vicinity sphere) is directly proportional to the memory of the user and ability to process and understand the information. Users with exceptional memory and understanding of particle physics have been shown to be able to predict the immediate future within their vicinity sphere.
Notes
In theory, this power, combined with ability augmentation, enhanced memory and technopathy could determine the future of an enormous sphere, possibly allowing the user to see the future of the world.
