Okay, I made this template so it'd be a little easier to use, I hope. Basically, if an episode has not aired yet, the spoiler page should have
aired = no
. That will automatically add the unairedspoiler bar spoilermain lead description, and add it will be automatically added to the spoilers category, cat sorted by the episode name. (It will also put the airdate as the "planned airdate", but that's just gravy.) When
aired =
is changed to something else, the unairedspoiler bar is removed, and the lead description is changed to the archivedspoiler description. It will also automatically be cat sorted by the episode name in the archived spoilers category, and the airdate will read "first aired". That's it--nothing much, just something to simplify archiving spoilers. :) — RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 06:40, 22 March 2007 (EDT) |

****That's fine by me. I just wanted to make the existing template (Episode sidebar/Spoiler) easier to use by changing aired= so that the page is either archived or a current spoiler. Merging the two is a good idea, but a little above my abilities right now... :) — RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 13:36, 22 March 2007 (EDT) |

Okay, I made this template so it'd be a little easier to use, I hope. Basically, if an episode has not aired yet, the spoiler page should have aired = no. That will automatically add the unairedspoiler bar spoilermain lead description, and add it will be automatically added to the spoilers category, cat sorted by the episode name. (It will also put the airdate as the "planned airdate", but that's just gravy.) When aired = is changed to something else, the unairedspoiler bar is removed, and the lead description is changed to the archivedspoiler description. It will also automatically be cat sorted by the episode name in the archived spoilers category, and the airdate will read "first aired". That's it--nothing much, just something to simplify archiving spoilers. :) — RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 06:40, 22 March 2007 (EDT)

This template is being used on the spoiler pages and archived spoiler pages, where people record all their screwy theories and Kristin's wild ideas. (See Spoiler:.07%.)
