Should [[Isaac Mendez]] be included as a deceased character, since he technically fits the definition, that he has "appeared alive on the show, but [has] passed away as the story progresses"? Should Isaac Mendez be included as a deceased character, since he technically fits the definition, that he has "appeared alive on the show, but [has] passed away as the story progresses"?
