Howard approaches Echo De Mille, a man with the ability of sound manipulation. Howard explains that he is from a Company that looks for people like him and helps them learn how to use their special abilities. When being attacked by Howard's partner, Echo uses his ability, causing Howard to bleed from his ears with severe pain.
