Ability to:	Steal other abilities through physical contact

Arthur's ability allows Arthur to gain the abilities of other evolved humans through physical means, rendering them powerless.

Limits

Arthur seems to need physical contact with a person to use his ability, as he needs Knox to force Adam to touch his hand for him to steal his ability. However, the contact does not seem to have to be skin to skin, as Arthur's hands are touching Peter's shirt when he steals his powers.

The ability seems two have to effects on those it's used on. It either drains the user of just their powers, or drains the user of all their energy,reducing them to dust. Arthur seeming has control over which effect he has on whomever he touches.

Notes

• It's possible that this ability is simply the ability of Aura absorption, as when Arthur drains Peter's powers, an aura like light is seen leaving him, and he may still be alive simply because Arthur chose not to absorb his life force.
• It's possible that this ability doesn't kill, but that because Adam lost his power, his cells stopped regenerating, and the years he's never aged through caught up with him, thus reducing him to dust.
