In 1990, the company sends Claude Rains and his first partner Haram to the French Riviera after Rollo. Rollo is found on a yacht, with two apparent hostages, a man named Monsieur Pizet, and a woman Rollo identifies as Pizet's, "lovely lady friend".

Rollo Fusor has the ability of dehydration. He is able to remove water from whatever he touches. Haram says that Fusor "sucks the life out of his victims".
