- Peter asks Bob if he can see his family, but Bob says it is not possible at the moment.
- Angela asks Heidi to keep the dark secret in the Petrelli family.
- On what is suppose to be her first day as a car salesman, Niki is trapped by Gina, who then travels to Los Angeles.
- D.L., now a firefighter, uses his phasing skills to save a girl from a burning building.
- D.L. comes home to find Micah watching video footage of D.L.'s save of the little girl on television, and says that his father really is a hero.
- D.L. goes into Niki's room to find a message on the mirror, written in what appears to be lipstick: "Gone to LA! -Gina"
