Strange how he doesn't have his father's last name... especially since it appears Niki and D.L. haven't been separated all that long and they probably aren't divorced, since D.L. disappeared before divorce proceedings could've happened. Might D.L. not be his real father?

• Niki could have easily had his name changed after D.L. went to prison... it doesn't take all that long and is worth it - especially if you are trying to get a new start for the boy (new school, etc.)
  • It's also possible that Micah was born before Niki and DL were legally married, which would account for his last name. --Ted C 11:37, 4 December 2006 (EST)

Micah's age

• Oddly enough, Micah may be the only character whose age is (mostly) confirmed. Hal, who has never met Micah before, gives him a lptop and claims it's "amortized over ten birthdays". (I know it seems everyone's really picky about what info goes in articles, but it's for consistency's and clarity's sake.         • Personally, I'd say it's close enough to include. It makes sense that he'd say "10 birthdays" meaning that Micah was 10, and I don't think they'd count the day he was born when it comes to birthdays. If he were a different age I'd expect one of them to have corrected him given the semi-confrontational nature (particularly by D.L.) However I could still understand any hesitation to include it in the sidebar. (Admin 23:40, 4 January 2007 (EST))

Question about Micah's computer

  • It's a Dell (with tape over the medallion ... LOL). Not sure the specific model (I think it may be an Inspiron, one generation back from the current case, but I'm not sure), but my partner works for Dell, so I'll ask.--Hardvice (talk) 14:09, 25 April 2007 (EDT)
    • I read somewhere online that it's an HP Pavilion. Any truth to that?       • Actually, yeah, I think it is an older Pavilion -- something in the Z series.. They don't use a center hubcap logo any more (they're now smaller and near the clasp or offset in the lower right), but the contrasting edge trim is a dead giveaway.--Hardvice (talk) 17:47, 25 April 2007 (EDT)
