**** I don't think that's his address. There's no number on that line and it's in the appropriate place for the person's name. Many people have a last name that is also a common word.--MiamiVolts (talk) 23:45, 23 September 2008 (EDT)

***** In fact, if you go to this German phone directory, enter the name Platz and select private you'll find many people with the last name Platz and their address and phone number.--MiamiVolts (talk) 23:52, 23 September 2008 (EDT)

****** I'm from Germany, I know that there are a lot people who's last name is "Platz", but "Lander" is no real middle name. I've never heard of anyone who was called "Lander". If Platz should be the surname of his wife and formed a double-name with his own, it would be Lander-Platz and not Lander Platz. BloodyFox 15:08, 24 September 2008 (CEST)

Magneto

In comics, Magneto was a Polish holocaust survivor, and he has the same powers as the German. Just something I noticed. --Piemanmoo 23:00, 2 July 2008 (EDT)

Karl Lander Pratz???

Where did this information come from?? I can't find it anywhere. Who is this, anyway?--Bob (talk) 14:56, 17 September 2008 (EDT)

  • It's Platz, not Pratz. It's from a letter Devin found in the German's apartment.--MiamiVolts (talk) 15:00, 17 September 2008 (EDT)
    • For images of the letter, see Image:Devin PDA05.jpg (which has Karl's name), Image:Devin PDA12.jpg, and Image:Devin PDA14.jpg. For more information, including a translation of the letter, see Devin's PDA#Letter. -- RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 15:37, 17 September 2008 (EDT)
      • "Platz" in this instance is just the german term for "place" or "square", when connected to an appartment number. It's his address. His cousin's name would rather be Karl Lander, if he had a double name it woudl be written Lander-Platz. BloodyFox 05:31, 24 September 2008 (CEST)
