Danko's pocket watch is a Soviet military pocket watch.
About
I Am Sylar
In Danko's office, Danko shows it to Sylar, and tells Sylar that when he looks at it, he feels like he is home. Sylar asks for it, and examines it. He figures out it is running three minutes fast, gaining half a second every hour.
