The Perfect Ability is the ability to can use all of the abilities from Evolved Human without absorb their powers first.
Limits
Only one man who have this ability, his name is: Sai Yo. He got this ability from 2 Eclipses at 26 January 2009 and 22 July 2009. He can use any abilities without steal or absorb from another Evolved human first, because The Perfect Ability is already inside his body.
