Limited Reality Manipulation is the ability to manipulate a small part of reality within reason.
Limits
This ability grants the user a limited amount of power to alter aspects of their current reality. The first example of this ability was to raise a person's blood alcohol level to .28 for several days when the user stated that, "I wish you would be drunk for a whole week just so you would leave me alone." The person did just that. This and many other examples show how Horrorman must "wish" for the event to occur in order for it to happen. The main limits involve being unable to alter a mass of things at once, or anything on a grand scale, altering the continents turning seas into blood etc. The user can only, after testing it, alter reality around 20 feet from the user and only for a certain period of time.
