Brian Rivers is the most common cause of Global Annoyance. He is the only known evolved human that has the ability to control all 8 elements, thus controlling Earth, Fire, Water, Air, Ice, Thunder, Metal and Wood.

Character History

At the age of 14, Brian (has Bruno Silva) discovered he was Ricardo Silva's nephew, whom he thought was just another fugitive he saw on the news, who was on the run from the police. He discovered this through The Company. Angela Petrelli contacted Bruno, in order to discover if he, or any other person from Ricardo's parentage had any kind of abilities. She achieved Bruno's trust be saying that the reason Ricardo was on the run, is because he had something that was making him too dangerous, even to himself, and it scared him off. To do so, Angela then met Bruno at his school, and immediately engaged contact. At first, he pretended he was overwhelmed with his newfound ability, due to the fact he new he had it since he was 13, but tricked The Company into thinking they helped him manifest it. The truth was, Bruno was increasingly attached to it. After two months of the Company helping Bruno "cope" with his ability, Noah Bennet was assigned to tell him that his uncle was actually not on the run, but instead, being kept in Level 5 for his Primal rage "issues". Without showing, Bruno grew paranoid of thinking what would The Company do to him, if he did something wrong. However, he did not want to end up in Level 5. Two months later, when he turned 15, he decided to break in the Primatech facility where he was being monitored every other day, and stole his file. He read that he had been bagged and tagged the day before Angela went to him. His paranoia and suspicions grew, which led to him reading his uncle's file. He discovered he was killed by the Kill Squad. For the first time, without the help of The Company, he tried to manifest his ability to fly away and flee, from his house. Because of the vast number of byproducts, he couldn't control it, thus creating a small hurricane, strong enough to tear his house down. Scared of hurting his family again, he spent the next year until now, on the run from the company, now with more control over his power than ever, under the alias Brian Rivers.

Evolved Human Abilities and limits

Brian has Elemental Manipulation. Due to this, he can control and create a certain number of substances and show control over new abilities. Shown byproducts of the ability are: Flight (this could be due to air), Pyrokinesis, Freezing, Hydrokinesis, Earthquake creation/Seismokinesis, Hurrican creation, Thunder creation, Lightning and Magnetism.

• The Company's file on Brian, suggested that he may have control over weather.
