The following missions have been shown in one or more episodes, graphic novels, and/or Heroes Evolutions developments.
 Target: Guillame Date: Unknown Outcome: Half-Accomplished Agents involved: Standard human: Mr. Thompson Evolved human: Unknown Details: Thompson is sent to Haiti to capture Guillame. He fails to do so because Guillame has committed suicide. However, he does obtain the Haitian. |
 Target: Meredith Gordon Date: 1992 Outcome: Failed Agents involved: Standard human: Noah Bennet Evolved human: Claude Rains Details: Claude and Noah sent to bag and tag Gordon. She escapes, setting her apartment ablaze with her pyrokinetic ability. Her daughter Claire is rescued from the blaze. |
 Target: West Rosen Date: 2002 Outcome: Accomplished Agents involved: Standard human: Noah Bennet Evolved human: The Haitian Details: West was successfully apprehended in his hometown of St. Louis, MO. He was brought to the Primatech Paper facility in Odessa, TX where tests were performed. after briefly escaping the testing room with his ability, he was subdued. He was then tagged, had his memory erased, and was released back to St. Louis. |
