Enhanced Physiology is the passive ability to have heightened strength, speed, senses, and reflexes. While those with this ability do not have the amount of strength someone with Enhanced strength has and aren't as fast as someone with Super speed, they are still stronger and faster than average people of their size.

Limits
While this power is passive and works all the time, it is a lot more powerful when the user has a significant burst of adrenaline. This is why those who have this ability seem to grow stronger the longer and more intense that they fight
Strength
Jack has shown that because of his ability, his strength is greatly increased. Jack also has shown that he was could flip a car (though he got a severe noes bleed). He has shown that he can bend a very thin metal beam with some ease. Though he badly bruised his hands, he was able to punch through a thick wooden door.
Speed
It has been shown on numerous occasions that a user can outrun a slow mowing car (The fastest recorded time Jack ran was about 30 mph). He has also shown that he can run at that pace for long periods of time.
Reflexes and Senses
He has shown that his reflexes are very fine tuned. He can react 5 times quicker than the normal human (He has shown this numerous times by quickly grabbing guns and other weapons when someone is about to attack).
The unknown Company Agent has shown that during the heat of an intense shoot-out, he could dodge a bullet.
His senses are also better than a normal person. He can see just a bit farther, hear just bit better, and smell more substances. He has shown that he can see in the dark fairly well.
