This ability is interesting...Wouldn't someone with this ability be considered as "all-knowing?" or omniscient? I mean, the user can find out what will happen in the future, how to prevent/manipulate it, and pretty have knowledge on everything there is in the world. And, reality-wise, how does this ability happen in the natural world? It's like knowing the conclusion to an experiment without even having any experiment at all. Any thoughts? == Unconfirmed ability ==

John Davis said that Draph read the girls minds. The fact that he ''might'' have used claicognizance is irrelevant. If we have a source claiming that this was telepathy and not claircognizance, then we can't speculate. The problem is, currently, there's only one single example of this ability; if we remove it, claircognizance becomes an unconfirmed ability. The article would then have to be deleted, since the precedent is to create articles only for abilities that were demonstrated. Thoughts?--[[User:Referos|Referos]] 14:35, 26 January 2010 (EST)

Ability Replication

if this is draph's orginal ability, how did it allow him to get ability replication from his twin. --mc_hammark 12:56, 4 November 2009 (EST)

  • Never said it did, apparently when his twin died in the womb, he got ability replication thanks to a special connection they shared (never elaborated upon). He didn't discover either power until he was 15.--WarGrowlmon18 14:20, 4 November 2009 (EST)
    • it says on Draph's page that it is his original ability, and that ability replication was given to him. I read about the special connection bit too on the Heroes Survival page, but it sounds a bit like empathy to me. --mc_hammark 14:23, 4 November 2009 (EST)
      • Yes, it was supposed to imply a sibling empathy. Draphoenix 00:43, 11 November 2009 (EST)
        • Cool. Imagine if others were able to pass on their abilities! --mc_hammark 11:43, 11 November 2009 (EST)
          • Perhaps, but it was only possible between a combination of Draph's Claircognizance and empathy. Similar to Intuitive Aptitude, but much rarer and much harder. Draphoenix 09:51, 12 November 2009 (EST)

Example

Should the example really be used if it's not a confirmed example? It seems to just be speculation. --OutbackZack 11:34, 9 December 2009 (EST)

  • I agree, it's unconfirmed. Also, Josh believed he read their minds, and telepathy is an ability Draph is confirmed to have.--PJDEP - Need further explanation? 19:52, 2 January 2010 (EST)

Too much for an ability?

This ability is interesting...Wouldn't someone with this ability be considered as "all-knowing?" or omniscient? I mean, the user can find out what will happen in the future, how to prevent/manipulate it, and pretty have knowledge on everything there is in the world. And, reality-wise, how does this ability happen in the natural world? It's like knowing the conclusion to an experiment without even having any experiment at all. Any thoughts? Just putting up a discussion...--Realistic

  • It's not so much that it makes the user omniscient, it just gives them the potential. The knowledge is at your fingertips but you still have to work for it.--PJDEP - Need further explanation? 10:24, 26 January 2010 (EST)

Unconfirmed ability

John Davis said that Draph read the girls minds. The fact that he might have used claicognizance is irrelevant. Thoughts?--Referos 14:35, 26 January 2010 (EST)
