- 12/22 -- NEW! According to Jack Coleman's blog, the Hunter "provides an antagonist that allows our characters to rally together" and that "Zeljko has come aboard for an extended arc as a guy you wouldn't want on your trail."

- He is tasked by Nathan to capture the enemies of Pinehearst.
- His actions are not illegal and are supported by the government.
- He captures a collection of heroes who are then either killed or escape after the plane they are on crashes.
- He will have hounds that can sniff out evolved humans to capture.
