**** The jumps don't work cause you are trying to link to headers that are hidden inside the table. You need to either break up the tables so the headers can be seperate, or convert the toc and headers to use span or div id's instead.--[[User:MiamiVolts|MiamiVolts]] ([[User_talk:MiamiVolts|talk]]) 16:51, 27 September 2007 (EDT) |

This seems kind of huge and klugey, and likely to become even more so. I'm not even sure this page needs a TOC--it's not that long, and the individual items are very, very short, making the jumps almost non-existent. For me at least, it's harder to find someone's name in the TOC than in the table itself. If it's absolutely necessary, I'd rather see a simple alphabetical TOC with an extra link to the suspected section. At least an alphabetical TOC won't continue to grow and become more confusing as more characters are introduced.--Hardvice (talk) 13:40, 27 September 2007 (EDT)
- Ok, that's fine, delete it if you don't think it is worthwhile. I just noticed that other pages that have large lists on them have TOCs, so it seemed a good candidate, especially since it will probably continue to grow in the seasons and decades to come. Besides, I hadn't made a TOC before, and thought it was a good task to undertake. --HiroDynoSlayer (talk) 09/27/2007 14:47 (EST)
- I don't think it's a bad idea. I just think that alphabetical jumps would be more useful (and would mean the TOC wouldn't grow along with the page, which defeats its purpose).--Hardvice (talk) 14:53, 27 September 2007 (EDT)
