****For me, long enough would be like the children at the carnival. They're there, but they don't have their own acts. Perhaps people that were seen there and have no other known current address. *****That would rule out Becky. Unless we have three criteria that allow them to be a carny. They have been called part of the family; they have no other known address and have been seen at the carnival (outside of its opening to the public); or they have their own act. That would allow them to include Becky, but not claire yet. --[[User:Mc hammark|mc_hammark]] 16:21, 5 December 2009 (EST) |

****** How do we know that Becky ''hasn't'' been baptized? In fact, we've only seen one baptism. Also, how do we know that the kids don't have carnival acts? Amanda and Jennie are both involved in carnival acts. I'm not sure that's the best criteria, to be honest. We really don't know if Becky has been or hasn't been baptized, and we only know of a few acts at the carnival. I think somebody should be considered a carny if they live there, or if they have ever lived there. That would include the kids. That would also include Becky (since she went to live with at the carnival after she was orphaned), but not Claire yet. -- {{User:Ryangibsonstewart/sig}} 00:35, 8 December 2009 (EST) |

Claire, Becky?
Should we consider Claire a carnie? I think from the last episode, it's clear she plans to stay at least a couple more days and has already been helping with child care of the carnie workers. Also, did Samuel ever say that Becky, his niece, lived at the Carnival?--MiamiVolts (talk)
- I think that we should only consider as carnies people who have acts in it and people who resided in it for a long enough time. Intuitive Empath - Talk - Contributions 15:31, 3 December 2009 (EST)
- Define "long enough". -- RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 20:46, 4 December 2009 (EST)
- ok, people who either have acts, or are baptized into the family like sylar was. Becky will have been baptized but as of yet, claire has neither been baptized, nor has she stated that she will be living there from now on. --mc_hammark 07:05, 5 December 2009 (EST)

What to call them on their pages
For all these people we have to decide what to call them on their page. Some call them Carny, others call them worker at Sullivan Bros. Carnival, and others state exactly what act they performed. To keep up standards, I think we should decide what to name their occupation as on all their pages so it is more professional. --mc_hammark 17:09, 7 December 2009 (EST)
