- While the new Company is being formed, Angela will have flashbacks of how the old company was formed, like how Kaito got involved with the Company or how Arthur and Angela met each other, and how they snuck it around Linderman, because 1961 portrays that Linderman and Angela met each other at Coyote Sands but War Buddies, Part 5 portrays that Arthur and Angela were married and had Nathan but Linderman and Arthur hadn't met each other.
- Ando and Kimiko's wedding will be interrupted or delayed because Ando is special.
- Hiro will have a new love interest in Volume Six.
- Sylar will become evil again because he is still wanted for numerous murders (e.g. Virginia's).
- He will change his appearance to hide from the police and FBI.
- Samuel will be killed (like Danko in the beginning of Volume Five).
