The following fan theories are about Baron Samedi.

The only way to kill Samedi is by shooting/stabbing him in the eye.	None	+ Samedi's ability is impenetrable skin, so his eyes shouldn't also be impenetrable. - Not if he closes his eyes, which then would be protected by his eyelids. - If someone manages to stab would him from inside his mouth, he would be killed. - In a deleted scene, Sylar acquired this ability from another person by reaching said person's brain through a soft spot - the mouth. + Deleted scenes aren't canon. - Stabbing through the eyes seems a little excessive - a simple carrier bag placed over Baron Samedi's head would probably have the desired outcome (as utilised against a similarly gifted individual in 'Rising Stars'). - No need for stabbing, just make sure he doesn't breathe, either put something on his head or put him underwater and don't let him come up.
