None	+ Noah is in a Company facility. + Noah is now believed to be dead. • In Comic book lore, which Heroes seems to follow quite closely, its not uncommon at all to have a newly discovered Hero that has stepped out of the path of darkness put in a scenario or coerced right back on the side of evil. + Bob is a known manipulator, going as far as to do unspeakable things to his own daughter. Using Noah, even if just the shell of Noah, is not beyond his means. • Obviously Noah is still alive, thanks to his own daughter's blood. + This has happened (theory confirmed?).

None	+ Claire's blood can heal, and assuming that it is the same as Adam's power, it should be able to heal just more than just typical wounds. - Poor eyesight may or may not be the result of physical damage. Weak muscles and natural deformities usually cause most visual impairments. Even when vision is corrected by laser surgery the body attempts to heal the cornea back to the naturally reduced level of vision. - In Powerless Bennet was shown wearing his glasses again.
Noah, knowing what would happen in the painting, arranged with Mohinder to be shot by him. Mohinder was able to access Claire's blood and used it to revive HRG.	None	+ Mohinder and HRG had a lot of time together alone in the car to work on a plan. + Mohinder and HRG still planned to take down the Company, even though it appeared that Mohinder was on both sides. - Bennett seemed genuinely surprised when he regained consciousness - it seems unlikely that he expected to be revived in a company facility. + It's possible he was simply surprised by the feeling of being brought back from the dead. Even if he knew it was coming, you can't really prepare yourself for something like that. - Mohinder was distrut looking over the gun he had almost in tears by what he had done. He couldn't have been in two places at the same time. - Noah stopped Mohinder from shooting him when painting 7/8 was realized.

None	+ Noah had just been rerecruited by The Company when Nathan was killed. + Noah has shown himself to be proficient with firearms throughout the entire series. + The assassin looked like him. - We are only shown the assassin's backside. + Matt looked shocked as he was looking into the crowd after Nathan was shot. This suggests that he knew the assassin, which is another reason to suspect Bennet. - It could suggest shock at the fact that his recent ally was just shot. + Matt and Peter didn't use their powers to stop the assassin. Perhaps this was because they couldn't use their powers, because of the presence of The Haitian? If so, this would also suggest Bennet's involvement since he was recently partner with The Haitian. - Though this would indicate a lack of wisdom on his part, Matt declared he would keep the crowd's attention, not scan for potential threats. - No loud shots were heard, indicating that the weapon was silenced with a suppressor. If Peter wasn't expecting an attack, he wouldn't have been able to prevent it with telekinesis or time manipulation. + The assassin appears significantly taller than the other members of the crowd. Mr. Bennet is also significantly taller than normal. + The show's villains seem to have a habit of assigning important tasks to potentially untrustworthy subordinates in order to gauge their loyalty; i.e. President Sylar assigning Future Mohinder to execute Hiro, and Adam Monroe assigning Peter to kill Hiro so he'll stop bothering them.
