Janice Parkman is Matt's wife. They are attending couples counseling together. She believes that Matt resents her because, by making associate, she has succeeded while he continues to fail to pass the detective's exam. Although at first she seems cold and distant, and even wishes Matt would just go away, when Matt is kidnapped by Mr. Bennet and is missing for a day, she becomes frantically concerned for him.
